Over at company financial information it is valid. I would say that it is past due to happen again. What do you think that spiraled kind of information is worth?

Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) voted unanimously to propose mandating the use of XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) for public company filings to the SEC's EDGAR database.
