Court Rules against Hoboken Hospital and Pension State

Posted by James Breen at 12 July 2008 7:13

Having something to prove can be a major motivational factor. Pension State may be a result of the tireless devotion. It is common to see great swings in the level of desire.

It gathered all the information on pension state I need yesterday. The author is wise, and much more intelligent animal than I can image. That's a fantastic post, read this:

This is a very long article from Forbes on state pension funds and the leveraged real estate investments they have made. For years, those looked very good, but now problems have arisen [emphasis added]. The tone of the piece leans toward impending doom, which is no doubt overdone because state pension plans have placed modest percentages of their assets in these leveraged real estate funds. However, the downturn in real estate is real and it appears as if pension plans are going to take a few ..other part.

They said:

By John Pilger 7/10/08 In an article for the New Statesman, John Pilger describes the insidious militarisng of Britain as the effects of two colonial wars and the cover-up atrocities come home. The military has created a wall of silence around its frequent resort to barbaric practices, including torture, and goes out of its way to avoid legal scrutiny. Five photographs together break a silence. The first is of a former Gurkha regimental sergeant major, Tul Bahadur Pun, aged 87. He sits in .. read the rest.

The hobby is starting to work. I know I want it, but by now, I am beginning to feel like a dog that has caught a bus: I have no idea what to do with it. This is something cling to me for dear life.

People file for bankruptcy because they're in debt. The more debt there is, the more bankruptcies there are. Well, duh! It really is that simple. When compared to the level of borrowing, the rate of bankruptcy has remained fairly steady. In 1977, 74 bankruptcies were filed for every $100 million of consumer debt. In 1997, 73 bankruptcies were filed for every $100 million of consumer debt. Bankruptcy isn't the cause of debt but rather is the result. And it isn't the disease but rather is one of the cures. Restricting access to bankruptcy court won't solve the problem of debt any more than closing the hospitals will cure a plague.
