Home Equity Loan and technical woes

I come now to the most interesting of these questions of home equity loan which I have constantly been asked for years. When I read this article, I realize I won't ever be disappointed.
When we discover, as most of us do, how little our precious possessions will fetch in the marketplace we are inclined to be disillusioned, event to feel that we are being updated.
Before you can consider purchasing your dream home, or any house for that matter, you'll need to take the all-important step of learning to save for the requisite down payment, unless of course you are just rolling in spare cash. You'll need to consider this step as your highest priority, or you may find yourself disappointed, perhaps even embarrassed once you end up going through all of the paperwork and red tape only to find out that your mortgage loan application is denied due to ..keep reading.
Even though it comes from another planet far, far away, (that's kidding) and even tough it is different, strange and a little freaky, they deserve respect and understanding just like all of articles on Internet, because it is totally amazing new idea of home equity loan.
What did you put it Your tax rebate toward, if you've gotten it. What are you planning to do with it, if you don't have it yet? And what did you really do with it, when you got it? This isn't a gotch, just wondering. I haven't gotten mine yet, but when it comes it's going to pay down a home equity loan. There's always a chance I'll buy something with it, though, when it's swelling my checking account. I'll let you know how it turns out. Hi guys, Ema, everyone. Sorry for the long silence but the home 'net connection is again on the fritz. It started last week during Pesach holidays getting slower and slower and then really slooooowwwwww. We're talking taking 15-20 minutes to load a page if it would load one at all. I've got a technician coming out on Monday to hopefully fix it. It is undoubtedly another case of "dead modem syndrome" caused by the faulty wiring in the apartment.
