In part, this is due to a lack of knowledge about how to go about doing so and what the risk/rewards are. The purpose of this writing is to bring about awareness to a strategy being used successfully by many US investors .. Read the rest of this entry.

If I like the post, I will desperately collect it and treat it as my baby. You are right, I am here, because I love your post:

Senator Barack Obama's "A More Perfect Union" speech on racism last week resonated widely and sparked loads of reaction across the political spectrum. The speech definitely provides us a teachable moment; one that I hope can extend beyond the typical duration of our collective cultural attention span and reach into our work in and with schools. Lest we succumb to all our competing distractions and affinity for selective amnesia, I've extracted and labeled what I think are some of the ..[More].

It is lovely.

I love the posting, I made a copy and share:

People file for bankruptcy because they're in debt. The more debt there is, the more bankruptcies there are. Well, duh! It really is that simple. When compared to the level of borrowing, the rate of bankruptcy has remained fairly steady. In 1977, 74 bankruptcies were filed for every $100 million of consumer debt. In 1997, 73 bankruptcies were filed for every $100 million of consumer debt. Bankruptcy isn't the cause of debt but rather is the result. And it isn't the disease but rather is one of the cures. Restricting access to bankruptcy court won't solve the problem of debt any more than closing the hospitals will cure a plague.
