I need a mentor to fill in the blanks of knowledge and experience. I need a patient listener to bounce ideas off or complain to. I need a team to help with the brainstorming when the ides of card credit service well runs dry.

Customer serviced. What does customer service mean to you? Do you still think most companies operate with the idea that "the customer is always right"?
