The Bankruptcy Courts Survey 2005 found that communication between the courts, official receivers and bankruptcy trustees was generally efficient. Restricting access to bankruptcy court won't solve the problem of debt any more than closing the hospitals will cure a plague.

The USDA had planned to allow the import of Canadian cattle under the age of 30 months on March 7th. Judge Cebull issued his ruling March 2, stopping the import of Canadian beef temporarily.
