With the Clinton East Sewer Plant on the skids, Windy Acres is suing Reading Township and Lebanon Borough, demanding that the Readington-Lebanon Sewer Authority provide sewer service to Windy Acres. If Windy Acres can force another town to handle its sewage, we may still see Windy Acres get built.
