I need a mentor to fill in the blanks of knowledge and experience. I need a patient listener to bounce ideas off or complain to. I need a team to help with the brainstorming when the ides of card credit service well runs dry.

The new incomer can kiss all those luxuries good-bye. Ironically, I am nervous about trying my hand at them.

Customer serviced. What does customer service mean to you? Do you still think most companies operate with the idea that "the customer is always right"? I don't think that's true anymore, but yes, I AM a pessimist. Over the past few years however, the airlines seem to have taken customer service to an all-time low, and their philosophy often seems to be 'the customer is always wrong, but who gives a shit anyway?" Hmmmm…do they think they hold all the cards? Do they think we HAVE to fly, ..>>.
